Text Box: LITTLE SPROUTS CONSIGNMENT SALE SELLERS’ AGREEMENT THIS CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN ___________________________________ (THE CONSIGNOR) AKA ________________________(SELLER NUMBER) AND LITTLE SPROUTS CONSIGNMENT SALE.
IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: (PLEASE INITIAL EACH LINE) 1. _________ I agree that I am consigning clothing and children’s goods with Little Sprouts Consignment sale, held at McEver UMC and will allow them to sell any or all items checked into LSCS’ sale. 2. _________ I understand that I will receive 70% of the total sales price of my items minus the administration fee of $7.00. 3. _________ I understand that I, the consignor, am responsible for securely tagging each and every item, setting the selling price, and determining the items that will be discounted and the items that will be donated. 4. ________ I understand that if my tag is left blank answering the question on whether or not you want the items that were not sold to be donated to a charity, the remaining items will NOT BE DONATED. 5. __________I understand that for a period of time on Saturday, items designated by each seller will be sold at ½ price. If this information is left blank on my tag, I understand that those items will NOT be available to sell at ½ price. 6. _________ I have read through Little Sprouts’ details and guidelines and agree to abide by all the rules. 7. _________ I understand that any items remaining at the end of the sale and at the end of pickup time on Saturday will be donated to charity regardless of any other instructions. (NO EXCEPTIONS) 8. __________I understand, and to the best of my knowledge, I have not put in the sale any items that have been recalled. 9. __________I agree not to put any defective item(s) in the sale. All toys are completely operational and not missing any parts. All pieces are included in puzzles. All video tapes/DVD’s are playable. 10. __________I understand that the Little Sprouts sale reserves the right to reject any item(s) that may be considered inappropriate, has been recalled, is missing a tag, ineligible tag, clothes that do not meet the Little Sprouts’ criteria or, items not in observance to our hanger etiquette. 11. _________ I agree to hold harmless and make no claim against Little Sprouts Consignment Sale for ANY damage, theft or loss of any items, consigned to Little Sprouts Consignment Sale. I assume the risks of these events occurring by participating in the sale. 12._________ Consignor or Volunteer agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale from whatever cause against Little Sprouts Consignment Sale, the leasers of the space where the sale is held, McEver United Methodist Church, any volunteer, or the insurer of Little Sprouts Consignment Sale.
