Text Box: USING OTHER’S TAGS
Text Box: On higher priced items, we strongly suggest that you enter those items into LS inventory/system; and, print and securely attach LS tags to them.

Little Sprouts will now accept tags "generated" from other sales as long as it contains all of the pertinent information such as:
your LS's seller's number
price
item number would be helpful but not mandatory
Legible
Any tags not marked with instructions on whether or not the consignor wants to offer that item at half price or whether or not this item should be donated, will  be considered “NOT offered” at half price and “NOT donated".

STEPS TO REGISTER
NEW SELLERS (USING OTHER SALE’S TAGS)
Register with Little Sprouts AS A NEW SELLER.
Email us with:
LS Consign # (or letters),
Consig # on your tag from the previous sale.
Your name and email address

We’ll try to:
Issue you the same seller number, if available.
If that number is not available, we will take the last three numbers of your OTHER SALE’S consignor’s number, and issue you a Little Sprouts number with the last three numbers matching the other sales’ number. (Again, as long as that number is not being used.)
At the end of each sale day, we’ll manually enter the basic data from these tags giving you credit.

For example: Item 1 Misc. $5.00

NOTE: Your seller’s items sold list will not include any other details (description, old item number, and etc.). We will be pulling tags as the items are sold and will attempt to set NON-LS tags aside with the purpose of returning them to you; We will try to return as many as we can locate including them with your mailed check.

You will be notified that your consignor number was changed via email.

If your other sale's consignor’s ID was not numbers but letters…..
We'll have to translate that information when we enter it in at the end of the day.  (Example: ABC = LS #1102)

Any tags not clearly marked whether or not you want them to be discounted or donated will neither be discounted nor donated.

At the end of each sale day, we’ll manually enter the basic data from these tags giving you credit.
For example: Item 1 Misc. $5.00

DISCLAIMOR:
Please understand that if you use tags other than Little Sprouts bar coded tags, that Little Sprouts looses some accurate tracking of your items.
We can not scan your items in verifying that we received (you dropped off), those items into LS’s Sale.
We will only be able to validate the sale of a miscellaneous item at a set price. Also risking the possibility of human error when entering the tag’s data manually’. To the best of our ability, we will do everything that we can to prevent this from happening.
Just like all items at our sale, LS will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If a seller claims that they were not paid for an item as if it had sold nor was the item returned to them, without the ability to scan an item in, LS has no way to even verify that the item was even entered into our sale.
To see things in a seed, that is vision.
